A while ago I met a kiwi,
I met the kiwi at my Mums work.The kiwi was really shy, It snapped it's beak and growled at us.The kiwi is a juvenile male kiwi, it got stuck in a trap called a leg hold.People use them to sometimes catch cats that kill kiwis and they usually use them to kill possums and ferrets.

ReplyDeleteWow, what an amazing opportunity! Kiwi are so special - glad this one was able to be rescued. I love their whiskers - they make them look super cute!
